1. What the Site Is

The Site offers fictional entertainment based on ghost stories and rumors from Korea and Japan. All content — tales, kaidan novels, the bestiary — is fiction created with AI and editorial work. It is not news reporting or a record of real events.

2. Content and Disclaimer

• All persons, groups, businesses, and places are fictional and unrelated to any real entity. Place names or coordinates are atmospheric devices and do not claim that anything real happened there.
• Content is provided for entertainment only, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.

3. Prohibited Use

• Any activity that violates the law or public order.
• Using the Site to defame, harass, or invade the privacy of any real person or organization.
• Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting Site content without permission (beyond fair quotation).
• Unauthorized access, excessive load on our servers, or otherwise disrupting operations.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Site’s content belong to the Site or its rightful owners. Parts of the bestiary are based on Wikipedia (CC BY-SA 4.0) and are used with attribution.

5. Removal Requests & Reports

If you wish to have content that relates to you removed or corrected, or if you find inappropriate content, contact us at windgksh@ibou.ai. We review and respond promptly.

6. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms as needed; material changes will be announced on the Site. These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of Japan and the Republic of Korea.
